Paul Cowan BA(Hons).

Paul was born in Huyton, Liverpool in 1969.

After leaving school in 1986, he studied Art and then went on to study for a HND in Design (Communications), before heading south to London in 1991 where he worked for the television production company Reg Grundy Productions as a Runner.

Promotion to Researcher two years later led to working on various Light Entertainment programmes for the BBC and ITV.

Turning freelance in 1995, Paul worked as a researcher on a number of programmes for Action Time, before deciding to return northwards to study for a degree in Animation, graduating in 2000.

He is currently dividing his time between building his own animation studio and studying for a qualification in complementary therapy.

His hobbies include writing children's books, drawing, model-making and working on his boat.

Ambitions include seeing one of his stories published and to make monsters for Millennium FX!

Paul is married and lives in the countryside near Wrexham with his wife, three children, two cats and a number of chickens.
